NOTE: Events are updated on our official calendar as we are informed of changes. If you are unsure on the status of a team event, please contact the coach or event contact directly.

FIELD PRIORITY: All Portage High School softball events (including all games and practices) take field priority over all PYS events. If a PYS event is scheduled to start and a high school team is still using that field, the PYS team will need to wait and warm up outside the field until the High School team is done with their event.

SCHEDULE CHANGES: To request an event be changed, email schedule@portageyouthsoftball.org. You can submit events directly to our calendar by logging in.

SCHEDULE UPDATES: As a courtesy, all emails collected during the registration process are added to a team specific mailing list. When PYS adds/cancels/changes/deletes events involving your team(s), you should receive an email notice informing you of the change.

Cancelled Event Optional Preseason Practice (12U & 14U Divisions)

An online waiver is required for all players in attendance. COVID-19 precautions will also be required. Parent volunteers are also needed each week to make these a success. Without enough volunteers we will be forced to cancel. Review the COVID-19 precautions, sign up to volunteer, and submit a waiver at www.portageyouthsoftball.org/preseason.
